Professional Biography

Mr Petros Charalampoudis is an expert Consultant Oncoplastic and Reconstructive Breast Surgeon at King Edward VII's Hospital. {{ label }}

He has particular interest in the treatment of breast cancer and benign (non-cancerous) breast conditions. He manages all aspects of breast disease and offers the latest evidence-based techniques and approaches in a tailored, individualised fashion.

Mr Charalampoudis accrued over 15 years of experience in medical and surgical training before becoming a fine clinical consultant surgeon with a strong research and teaching portfolio. He holds a Medical Degree and a PhD in Breast Cancer from Athens University Medical School.

He has also completed a prestigious Oncoplastic and Reconstructive Breast Surgery Fellowship at Guy’s Hospital Breast Unit and King’s College London, where he was also appointed Consultant and Honorary Clinical Lecturer. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Fellow of the European Board of Breast Surgery.

He collaborates with a fine team of Clinical Nurse Specialists, Radiologists, Pathologists, Oncologists and Plastic Surgeons, in order to offer his patients a truly individualised, teamed approach.
