Unfortunately, there is always a risk that medical treatment may become more complicated than first expected. Your surgeon may need to spend extra time with you in theatre, order additional tests or consumables, or you may need to spend more time recovering in hospital.
As such, any quote for your treatment can potentially increase. But our fixed-price packages protect you from such increases; the price you see is the price you pay.
Once you have had a consultation with your consultant and you have agreed a treatment plan with them, you can speak to one of our friendly patient advisors. They will be able to provide you with a quote for your treatment which will be the price you pay so there are no nasty surprises or hidden costs.
In this quote will also be your surgeon’s fee and anaesthetist fee.
Yes! All Service or ex-Service Personnel (including reserves) without medical insurance are entitled to a 20% discount on their hospital bill. This is regardless of rank or length of service. It also extends to their spouses/civil partners and includes widowers and widows. If this applies to you, please inform your consultant’s secretary or the hospital when booking your appointment or treatment. You can find out more here
