Professional Biography

Dr William Shanahan is a consultant psychiatrist. Before retiring in 2013 after 23 years' service, he was Clinical Director of CNWL’s Addiction Directorate. {{ label }}

His special interests include investigating new treatments for craving and stimulant misuse as well as caring for health professionals who develop problems with drugs or alcohol.
