Mr Ibby Younis is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon specialising in breast reconstruction. He read medicine at the University of Wales and undertook his general surgical training in London at internationally renowned centres of excellence during which time he obtained his Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

Mr Ibby Younis is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon specialising in breast reconstruction. He read medicine at the University of Wales and undertook his general surgical training in London at internationally renowned centres of excellence during which time he obtained his Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He successfully completed postgraduate studies at Queen Mary, University of London achieving a Master of Surgical Science degree. Following this, Mr Younis completed his higher specialist training in plastic surgery at prestigious units including Cambridge University Hospitals, Imperial College Healthcare and Barts Health and was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in plastic surgery. He is on the specialist register of the General Medical Council for plastic surgery.
Mr Younis now practices at the Royal Free London, which is one of the largest plastic surgery units in the UK, and University College London Hospitals where he is a key member of the multidisciplinary teams for breast and abdominal reconstruction. He undertakes a wide range of breast and abdominal procedures including using implants and the latest surgical techniques to achieve great cosmetic outcomes. Mr Younis has developed a special interest in breast Lipomodelling – taking fat from one body area and using it to cosmetically enhance breast shape and size. He is currently conducting exciting research in this field.
Mr Younis is an Honorary Lecturer at Queen Mary, University of London and has been an invited speaker at several international conferences. In addition, Mr Younis has recently run a course on breast implant surgery for surgeons from around the world.
