Nara qualified at Imperial College and Charing Cross Hospital and is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons.
Her clinical interests encompass all rhinology and laryngology. She is passionate about research having studied for a PhD at Imperial College and has considerable expertise in autoimmunity particularly nasal.
Nara’s other focus is surgical education and she is working with the Imperial College Masters in Surgical Education team. She is dedicated to the nurturing and educating the next generation of surgeons.
As an assistant secretary of ENT UK I am heavily involved in COVID-19 planning.
My career highlights include setting up specialist airway and swallow clinics to provide assessment for patients with a wide range of severe airway and swallow problems.

I help run airway courses for consultants.
I use radiofrequency cold ablation (commonly known as coblation) using controlled energy to operate, aiming to reduce surrounding tissue. I also offer airway laser surgery for breathing complications.
I have contributed to wide range of publications on rhinology and trans-nasal oesophagoscopy.
