Dr Christian Hasford is a Consultant Physician at University College London Hospitals. At the RLHIM (part of UCLH) he has a clinic for medically unexplained symptoms and a general allergy clinic. He is familiar with most integrated approaches to medicine but does not specialise in these; his great strength lies in finding and coming to a diagnosis, the starting point to any successful treatment. {{ label }}
He therefore strongly believes in spending a long time with his patients, be it at the bed-side or in the outpatient setting.
Dr Hasford also has a great interest in Allergy Medicine and has helped to establish the first NHS allergy service combining an orthodox and an integrated approach. He is an honorary senior lecturer at University College London (UCL) and the undergraduate lead in Medical Education (UCLH), reflecting his deep commitment to medical education and advancement. He won many a prize in the field of teaching and education (Gold medal for teaching excellence at UCLH 2013, Best teacher of the Year awards).
He is a member of the Royal College of Physicians, The Society of Acute Medicine, the British Thoracic Society, The British Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology and the British Medical Acupuncture Society.
