Professional Biography

Mr Christos Moraitis is a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon at King Edward VII's Hospital. He is a highly experienced and qualified ophthalmologist who specialises in dry eye, astigmatism, eye floaters, myopia, blepharitis, and double vision. {{ label }}

Mr Moraitis obtained his medical degree in 2001. He later trained in ophthalmology in Athens and London at Moorfields Eye Hospital, Great Ormond Street Hospital and Royal London Hospital. He is an NHS Consultant and he is leading the Neuro-ophthalmology service at Kingston Hospital. Mr Moraitis has published an extensive amount of highly informative, research-based articles that have been published in various esteemed peer-reviewed journals and publications.

Mr Moraitis also has additional expertise when it comes to optic nerve problems such as optic neuritis, optic neuropathy, optic atrophy, nystagmus, cerebral visual impairment, unequal pupil size, unexplained visual loss, and eye problems relating to brain damage.
