Danilo Miskovic is one of the leading robotic colorectal surgeons in the UK and internationally. He is a trainer for daVinci robotic systems and regularly teaches surgeons from all over the world in this exciting technology. His speciality in colorectal surgery is focused on surgery for bowel cancer and he has developed one of the largest UK robotic programmes in the speciality. He performs and teaches others over 150 major robotic cancer operations every year.

Mr Charles Evans  ›
Charles Evans is the Head of Gastrointestinal Surgery at the University Hospitals of Coventry and Warwickshire. He is a leading consultant general surgeon and one of a small number of UK surgeons specially trained in robotic surgical techniques. He specialises in robotic rectal cancer surgery and is an international trainer in robotic colorectal surgery training across Europe and the UK. He sits on the Royal College of Surgeons of England robotics group and the ACPGBI robotic committee

Mr Alexander Von Roon  ›
Alex von Roon was appointed Clinical Senior Lecturer and Consultant Colorectal Surgeon at Imperial College London, where he was based at St Mary’s Hospital and Charing Cross Hospital. In 2019 he moved his NHS practice to University College London Hospital, where he continues to develop subspecialist interests in surgery for inflammatory bowel disease and intestinal failure.His clinical interests include the use of advanced minimally invasive surgical techniques, robotic colorectal surgery, the surgical treatment of inflammatory bowel disease, colorectal cancer and ileoanal pouch surgery.

Mr James Kinross  ›
James Kinross is a consultant colorectal surgeon. His clinical interests are in minimally invasive, laparoscopic and robotic surgery for the treatment of colorectal cancer and benign conditions of the colon and rectum such as diverticulosis and inflammatory bowel disease. He is a Senior Lecturer at Imperial College London and a major theme in his research is the role of the gut microbiome (the hundreds of trillions of bacteria that reside within the colon) in the cause of colon cancer, Crohn’s disease and obesity. He is currently funded by Bowel and Cancer research and the Imperial Biomedical Research Centre.
