Professional Biography

Mr Ibraheim El-Daly is a Consultant Surgeon at King Edward VII’s Hospital and King’s College Hospital London, an internationally acclaimed major trauma centre and Europe’s largest university teaching hospital.

Qualifying from Medicine at St George’s University of London in 2007, he undertook his training on the Royal London training programme and completed his fellowship training in France working at the largest teaching hospital in Paris, Pitié Salpêtrière. Mr El-Daly is dual fellowship-trained in both complex trauma and lower limb arthroplasty (hip and knee replacements) from the renowned Pitié Salpêtrière University Hospital in Paris, where he developed advanced skills in 3D CT guided navigation of pelvic and complex trauma surgery, as well as the direct anterior hip approach.

He has a keen interest in research and innovation with over 18 peer-reviewed publications, 3 book chapters and 21 national/international presentations. Ibraheim is a keen medical educator and holds a formal teaching qualification in Health and Medical Education. Mr El-Daly is a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic surgeon with a specialist interest in pelvic and acetabular trauma reconstruction surgery, complex lower limb fracture surgery, and lower lib arthroplasty including individualised total hip and knee replacement surgery.
