Contact Centre replaces Bookings and Enquiries
We are delighted to introduce you to our new King Edward VII’s Hospital Contact Centre. Our helpful and friendly team acts as a single point of contact for all referrals and bookings at the hospital. They ensure that referring a patient to us is quick and easy, so you can have peace of mind knowing your patient is being dealt with promptly and efficiently. The team work closely with our consultants and would be happy to process open as well as named referrals to all of our consultants.
With over 15 years’ combined experience of working in healthcare and hospitality, our Contact Centre team provides an exceptional customer service experience to all patients. Some of the team members are due to undergo additional training on specific clinical specialties. This will allow them to better support patients seeking treatment in those areas, and patients with no previous experience of private healthcare.

Our Contact Centre team would be happy to offer your patients fast and flexible appointments that fit around their schedule.
