Recent reviews highlight our exceptional patient care

We remain open during lockdown to provide care for private patients as we support the NHS. Thanks to our highly trained staff and breadth of expertise, we’re able to accommodate much of the demand around our private and NHS commitments.

Since the start of January, we’ve received over 60 positive Doctify reviews from patients (we’ve nearly reached 750 reviews in total!) and we’re pleased to have an overall trust rating of 4.84 out of 5.

Here are just a few reviews that highlight our continued high standards of patient care and safety:

“The hospital was spotless, the staff really friendly and helpful and the food excellent.”

“I had an extremely comfortable stay with excellent care and courtesy from every single staff member. The food was also extraordinarily good with the chef and team really accommodating my gluten intolerance and going above and beyond to deliver. Thank you.”

“Everyone made my visit welcoming and pleasant. I would highly recommend the King Edward VII’s Hospital for the high professional standard maintained throughout the hospital.”

“On arriving at the hospital, I was pleasantly greeted and shown to a waiting area. I did not have to wait long before I was taken to the ward. The room was clean and welcoming. The doctors and nurses who dealt with me were very nice, explaining everything, and asked if I had any questions.”

You can still refer patients for virtual consultations, or face to face appointments in our COVID-secure outpatient rooms. Diagnostic tests and outpatient services are available as normal.

We urge the public to get the treatment they need, as we continue to provide safe patient care.
