We have launched our Autumn Appeal 2018. Our goal is to double our capacity to provide military grants and help even more veterans receive the medical care they need. We need your support to raise £260,000 each year.
Since 2014, we at King Edward VII’s Hospital are proud that our medical expertise has made a real difference to the lives of 354 veterans, men and women who live daily with the trauma, disability and pain of their injuries.
Among the quite extensive range of medical care made possible through our Military Grants are hip and knee replacements, spinal surgery, diagnostics (MRI and CT Scans), but also sessions of hydrotherapy which can be extremely beneficial for rehabilitation.
King Edward VII’s Hospital is a registered charity and, in order to carry out its charitable work, the Hospital provides support through its general operating funds in the form of key personnel, premises, costs, accounting systems, and provision of office services and equipment. A number of our key consultants support out charitable commitment by reducing or waiving their fees for grant beneficiaries.
The Hospital also depends on the financial support of many individual benefactors, and also of charitable trusts and foundations.
