Patient Portal Sign Up & Log In
Enter the URL https://patientportal.kingedwardvii.co.uk into your search engine (Chrome or Edge).
When creating your account you will need the following information:
Unique Patient ID (this can be found on your correspondence or notification from the hospital)
Date of birth
Verification method (email or mobile)
Email address
Password
You will be sent a verification code from Microsoft to your selected verification method, usually email or mobile phone number. Enter this code and your email address and password to log in to the Patient Portal.
Registering as a New User
1. Navigate to the Patient Portal and click the Log in/Sign up button.
2. Click the Sign Up Now link under the blue Sign In button.
3. Enter your email address and select a password on the following screen.
The email address must match the email address we have used to send you your link and the one we hold against your patient record.
4. When you have filled in your details, click Send verification code. This will send a verification code to the email address you entered from our enquiries email address enquiries@kingedwardvii.co.uk.
5. Enter the verification code from the email into the field on the next screen and click Verify code. If you did not receive an email containing a verification code, click Send new codeand the Patient Portal will send you a new code.
6. Once your email address has been verified, you will see the screen below. Click Createto continue. If you wish to change the email address you entered, click Change e-mail instead.

6. When the details have been entered, click Send Verification.
7. Enter the code in the next screen and click Submit. If you did not receive a code, click Resend Verification Codeto try again.
8. Once the code has been accepted, you will be returned to the login screen where you can sign into the app.
