Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week, rotating shifts Monday to Sunday

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Front of House Supervisor to join our hospital for a 12-month maternity cover. This position is crucial in ensuring that our Front of House operations run smoothly, providing patients and visitors with a welcoming and professional experience from the moment they enter our doors. Reporting to the Patient Services Manager, you’ll lead our Front of House team to consistently exceed customer service standards and maintain our reputation for excellence in patient care.
To thrive in this role, you should be a customer service professional with experience in healthcare, hospitality, or related environments. You’re a natural leader with a calm, organised approach and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
