Hours of Work: 37.5 per week – comprising of a variation of shifts from 8.00am – 6.00pm, plus additional out of hours required for events

An opportunity has arisen to take on the role of Enquiries and Bookings Coordinator at King Edward VII’s Hospital. This post holder will be the main point of contact for all queries regarding the Hospital’s services and those provided by its consultants.
We are seeking to appoint and individual who is confident, with a positive attitude, an exceptional telephone manner, and a desire to provide outstanding customer service.
They will be a strong team player, with the flexibility to work across various roles within the Business Development and Marketing departments, and tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Enquiries and Bookings Team.
The Enquiries and Bookings Coordinator will also be expected to assist the Business Development Team in the organising and hosting of events for GPs and Physiotherapists (on average three events per month), which provide our audiences/key clients with the opportunity for continuous professional development.
