What we are looking for:

Job Title: Door Person

Salary: £21,500 per year

Hours of work: 37.5hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic, reliable and motivated individual to join our Patient Services team as Door Person.

What will you be doing?

The main responsibility of this role is to welcome patients and guests to the Hospital in a warm and friendly manner.  You must be committed to creating an unforgettable first impression and project a favourable image of the Hospital at all times.

Who are you?

As Door person you will possess excellent communication skills and be passionate about providing exceptional service to our patient and guests. The post holder must have the ability to focus attention on patient’s needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

In addition, you will have a good knowledge of London and the local area ensuring safety and security is at the forefront of their mind at all times.

Proven experience within a similar environment is desirable.
