An exciting new position has become available within the Admissions team; we are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and driven individual with excellent communication skills, to forward this exciting opportunity.

With no two days being the same, you will be the first point of contact for our for patients, consultants, secretaries, third parties and members of the general public for all inpatient enquiries/bookings.

About The Role:

  •  To provide a professional and high standard of customer service
  • The successful candidate will provide efficient administrative support whilst delivering a gold standard service to all stakeholders.
  • The post holder will demonstrate professionalism and be proactive and meticulous in their approach to scheduling and finance.
  • To liaise closely with the nursing staff to build and maintain good relations and a high level of communication.
  • Assist with all booking and reservation procedures.


  •  You must be computer literate and competent in word and excel.
  • Be able to work methodically, as part of a team or alone.
  • Have experience in delivering high standards of customer service
  • Proactive and Positive attitude
