Work pattern: Long days (11 hour shifts, Monday to Saturday)
Pay Rate: £16.43 per hour (Monday to Friday) & £17.26 per hour (Saturdays)
About the Role:
In this role, you will provide essential support across a range of specialty clinics including Urology, Gynaecology, Dermatology, and Plastic Surgery. As a Bank HCA, you will be required to work regular shifts during the week, offering a flexible working pattern while ensuring our patients receive exceptional care. This position is ideal for individuals seeking to balance their work with other commitments while contributing to a high standard of patient care.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification, coupled with prior experience as a Healthcare Assistant in an outpatient setting or as a Nursing Assistant in surgical wards. They should hold a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and be prepared to work across multiple specialties, including Urology, Gynaecology, Dermatology, and Plastic Surgery. The candidate should be available to work regular shifts during the week and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a compassionate approach to patient care are crucial.
