The hospital prides itself on the professionalism of its staff, which was often noted in the patient's’ comments. “I felt totally at ease,” said one patient. “I felt warmly welcomed and my night nurse was exemplary in her attention to detail and her careful consideration of my well-being. They acted with sympathy and discretion, especially after the operation, when one is most vulnerable.” Another comment simply read: “I have been to several London hospitals and this is the best. Thank you.”
Matron, Caroline Cassels at King Edward VII’s Hospital Sister Agnes commented “We are delighted with the consistently high levels of patient satisfaction but we continually strive to achieve better results. Patient's’ comments are encouraged so that we can review and improve our services in order to maintain our high standards of care”. |
