The Hospital is situated inside London's Congestion Charge zone
Below is some useful information on it's charges and payment methods.

If you drive within the Congestion Charging zone during the charging hours, 7am - 6pm Monday to Friday, you will need to pay the £8 daily Congestion Charge.

There are a range of exemptions and discounts available to certain categories of vehicles and individuals. You can check your eligibility by visiting the Transport for London (TfL) website www.cclondon.com or by calling 0845 900 1234. If you are entitled to a discount you will have to register and in some cases pay an initial £10 registration fee with TfL before you make your journey.

The daily charge is payable in advance or before midnight on the day of travel. You can also pay by midnight the next charging day after travelling in the zone but you will pay £10. Below is a list of different methods you can use to pay the Congestion charge:

  • Pay on line at www.cclondon.com.
  • Pay by mobile phone text message. Visit www.cclondon.com to register for this service.
  • Pay at selected retail outlets and petrol stations.
  • At a Congestion Charging self-service machine.
  • Pay by phone on 0845 900 12346.
  • Pay by post by writing to Congestion Charging, PO Box 2985, Coventry CV7 8ZR.
